Dr. Sarah Stewart-Spencer founded the Integrated Wellness Institute on the conviction that everyone can develop the insight, skills, and strategies needed to live better. She holds certifications as a First Responder Provider, Hypnotherapist and Clinical Trauma Professional.

Ph.D., BCC, CFRP
Licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified executive coach, and a former Air Force Captain. She holds an Advanced Educational Leadership certification from Harvard University and founded Dr. Allison & Associates.
Former Training Psychologist for U.S. Special Operations Command, author of Mastering Resiliency: First Responders Edition, and a founding board member of the Suncoast Alliance of First Responders.
Dr. Sofia Georgiadou
Ph.D., LMFT-S, LPC-S, NCC
Licensed marriage and family therapist supervisor and licensed professional counselor supervisor, with over 16 years of clinical experience working with trauma-impacted populations. Formerly Clinical Director at a residential treatment center.
An experienced educator and curriculum developer, she hosts the Learning and Teaching Systemic Therapy podcast and co-edits Trauma-Informed Relational Therapy: Applications and Interventions, forthcoming from Springer Publishing in 2026.
